Following their successful 2009 programme Vivaldi – The French Connection, La Serenissima presents another sumptuous programme of Vivaldi concertos with French themes. Amongst the many items of interest is the chamber version of his well-known La Notte concerto, and following the recent, much-publicised discovery of the work in the National Archives of Scotland, a performance of his flute concerto Il Gran Mogul.
