Started in 1950 by Alfred Deller, the founder of Stour Music, this year The Deller Consort will be celebrating its 60th anniversary in a programme that includes English and Italian Madrigals, French and English Airs, with music by Weelkes, Dowland, Monteverdi, Marenzio, Costeley and Claude le Jeune.
