Booking

Bookings may be sent in now using the downloadable booking form (PDF, 109 KB). They will be numbered as received and dealt with in strict rotation. To ensure the best chance of obtaining tickets, it is essential to indicate an alternative price. Friends of Stour Music have priority until 11 April, and should make their order using the Priority Booking Form. For the concert on 29 June, Friends will be limited to 4 tickets on their priority form.

Seating

Tickets of £14 and over are all numbered and reserved; the remainder are unreserved. Please see seating plans for details.

Booking Concessions

  • 10% discount when booking for six concerts or more.
  • 10% discount for parties of ten or more.
  • Children under 16 half-price to all concerts for reserved seats and free for unreserved seats, but ticket required.
  • Where accommodation permits, half-price tickets for all students may be booked (by phone or email) one week before the concert, and tickets collected at the door.

Bar and Buffet

Before and after the main evening concerts food prepared by Chives the Caterers, and a bar will be available in the Festival Marquee from 6.15 pm. These concerts will be given with only a short interval and will last approximately 90 minutes. We hope that as many as possible will stay on for food and drink in the marquee, and come to the ‘Late Night Extra’ concerts, which begin at 10 pm and last about 40 minutes.

Those people wishing to book ‘interval’ meals in advance, are requested to place their orders no later than 7.15 pm.

On the two Sunday afternoons, teas will be available during the interval, as well as at the end of the concerts.

Please, no picnics in the marquee.
